Tomato polenta soup tasted OK, but was PAINFULLY salty and had way too much black pepper. Maybe because this was towards the end of the day? However, the bread it came with was great to dip in the soup. The side salad with caesar dressing was less than mediocre. Redeeming part of the meal was the Mexican flan, which was pretty good. The delivery came quite a bit faster than I expected.

Me and my wife were really hungry and looking for a late night snack, the hotel could not help us (?) so I got online seeking for different options and found Vietnammm. Registation was simple, I normally avoid sites were registration is needed or made slow/complicated. This was simple, fast and easy! Delivery on time and Black cat burger tasted great! Keep it up!

The food was delivered at the wrong place. The potato salad contained eggshell but overall the food was good. The online assistance offered by Vietnammm to order is very professional but I confirmed with them the location and still the food was delivered at the wrong place...

The order came in about 40 minutes! Pretty quick! I had weekly dose of big cheese, tomato and polenta soup, and salmon and bagel. The salmon was oddly white instead of pink. I contacted the restaurant and the chef mentioned that it was his own cured White Salmon. Every bite was amazing.

I was really hungover when I ordered Black Cat last night. I must say, the chicken tacos were fantastic. I could smell the fresh corn tortillas as soon as I opened the box. For dessert I had the Boston Clam Chowder. After eating Black Cat, I felt much better and was able to get a good nights sleep.

fried mozzarella was good but not warm enough when we received it. Cheese could've been softer, perhaps shipping them wrapped in aluminum foil will help keep them warm.

I ordered the Chimichanga which I have come to really like because of the crispiness...but this time it came in a soup of sauce (fully immersed) which made the tortilla soggy and unappealing. I ended up just eating the inside pieces of steak. Please tell your staff that the chimichanga is a fried burrito, not a soup dish. Thanks.

Black Cat delivery is the only place I know to get a real char grilled authentic burger. Yesterday I ordered the double cheese burger and cried a bit after biting into this handful of heaven. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS MY TEARS DRIPPING ON THE BUN CAUSING SMALL SOGGY SPOTS. Never the less, tears of joy add a nice subtle flavor- THE TASTE OF SATISFACTION.

I ordered two Black Cat fruit salads and was truly disappointed with the size and taste of the fruit. As a regular Black Cat customer, I've come to expect more from the restaurant and was sad to see that 130.000 worth of fruit only got me 4 watermelon slices, some brown apple slices, some odd tasting pears and a small slice of mango. Also the driver didn't have change = 160.000 for sad fruit :(

I ordered my food at a few minutes past 6pm and it was not delivered until 7:16 pm. It took over an hour to receive my (lukewarm) food. I called the manager and informed her that her chef/cook/kitchen staff need to be less careless and clueless when it comes to food safety. Eventhough I had an SMS that the delivery would take 1 hour and it arrived in 1 hour, I feel that is too long to wait when you are hungry. Otherwise, the burger was great and the juice smoothie awesome -- the most juice I received from any delivery instead of tons of ice and less juice. I did however request no ice so that I could get more juice.

This was my first time ordering the Black Cat and also the first time with this site. Both was excellent. The food came hot, the fries was just perfect. Sandwiches I would go eat again. Overall a 5 star experience. On a raining day this is what I will do from now on.

Hamburger I ordered arrived very fast BUT was slightly undercooked. I did get the ketchup I had asked for, so that's good, means customers' notes are actually being read by the restaurant. The delivery person made no attempt to give me change, assumed it was a tip and left. I had meant the change to be a tip but it is at least good to be recognized for the tip. Oh well, we are in Vietnam! ;-)

The mexican melt was good, but the burger was covered in too much mustard to be flavorful. Also the burger itself was raw in the middle, not medium rare or even rare but completely red and raw. We through the raw, mustard covered burger away.

Black Cat is unique in that it has a HUGE menu and everything is pretty good(at least what I have tried). However, I ordered the fish and chips and was a bit disappointed. The fish did taste quite good, it had a nice crispy breading but it was literally 3 "fingers" akin to fish sticks and the "chips" were potato chips (American style)

The food was excellent (Garfield and Boobery salad), salad greens were fresh. Only thing to improve upon IMHO is the salad dressing, it could use a little sweetness (maybe some agave syrup or blueberry jam) there was too much vinegar or balsamic for my taste.

Our meal yesterday was great! Thanks to Jeff, and all the staff at Black Cat for restoring our faith and feeding us a very satisfying dinner! The meal came early, was fresh and delicious. The delivery man was kind and polite, and we are really happy to have ordered with Black Cat, and we will definitely be doing that many times again in the future

I am extremely unhappy with this service. The food took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be delivered, and by that time it was inedible. We had to throw it out and did not eat dinner - it cost 485,000vnd, around $25!! The restaurant did not call us to check why the delivery had not been complete. The delivery guy called but could not speak English so it was useless. We will not order from Black Cat again

I was not offered any change! The delivery driver ASSUMED he could keep this. Upon asking for the change, I was given 10,000 out of 15,000. Normally, I would offer that 15,000 as a tip, but not when he assumes it as a right. Disappointed in the service!
